Request a renovation or fit-out quote

A useful quotation starts with a useful brief. Here is what to send, and what happens after you send it.

Floor plan drawing with a tape measure and pen, ready for a site survey

What to include in your brief

  • The property

Villa, townhouse, apartment or commercial unit, its approximate size, and the community or building.

  • The outcome you want

What should be different when the work is finished — more space, a new kitchen, a bathroom that no longer leaks, a fitted-out office.

  • Photographs

Wide shots of each room involved, plus close-ups of anything that worries you: cracks, stains, damaged finishes.

  • Drawings

Floor plans or the developer’s layout, if you have them. For fit-outs, any landlord guidelines and your designer’s drawings.

  • Timing

When you would like work to start, and any fixed dates such as a move-in, a tenancy or an opening day.

  • Budget range

Optional, but helpful. It lets us suggest where to spend and where to save rather than pricing a scope you would not choose.

What happens next

  • We reply

We read your brief and come back with questions or a suggested time for a survey.

  • Survey

We visit, measure and look at the existing services and condition of the property.

  • Written scope

You receive an itemised scope and price to review, adjust and discuss.
