Painting for homes in Dubai

Paint is the last step of a renovation and the first thing anyone notices. We prepare surfaces properly — filling, sanding and priming — so the finish stays clean and even.

Most disappointing paint jobs fail because of what happened before the paint was opened: cracks that were painted over rather than repaired, damp walls that were not allowed to dry, glossy surfaces that were not keyed, or a primer skipped to save a day.

We paint interiors and exteriors as part of renovations and as standalone work, with the preparation each surface needs and products suited to Dubai’s heat, sun and humidity.

Painting work we carry out

  • Interior repainting

Walls, ceilings, doors and trims, with furniture and floors protected throughout.

  • Surface preparation

Crack filling, skimming, sanding and priming so the topcoat bonds and looks uniform.

  • Exterior painting

Villa elevations, boundary walls and gates using exterior systems that cope with heat and UV.

  • Damp-affected walls

Treating the cause first, then using the right primers so stains do not bleed back through.

  • Feature finishes

Accent walls, textured finishes and colour changes that need extra coats.

  • Woodwork and metalwork

Doors, frames, railings and gates, prepared and coated to suit the material.

Getting a good result

  • Repair before you paint

Recurring cracks above doors and along ceilings usually point to movement or poor joints. They need repair, not another coat.

  • Choose sheen by room

Matt hides imperfections; washable finishes suit children’s rooms, corridors and kitchens.

  • Exterior timing

Exterior painting is better scheduled away from the hottest months, when surfaces can be too hot for coatings to cure well.

Questions we are often asked

How long does it take to repaint an apartment?

It depends on size, the number of colour changes and the repairs needed. We give you a schedule with the quotation after seeing the walls.

Can you match an existing colour?

Yes, from a paint code or by matching a sample. On older walls we usually recommend repainting the whole wall rather than patching, so the colour stays even.

Why are the same cracks coming back?

Cracks at joints between materials, or above door frames, often move with temperature. They need to be opened up, reinforced and filled properly — see our masonry and plastering work.
