About us
A renovation and fit-out company in Dubai
Makan Al Najah renovates homes and fits out commercial spaces across Dubai, and keeps the trades that do that work available for maintenance afterwards.
Who is behind Makan Al Najah
Makan Al Najah is a brand of MAN Technical Services LLC. MAN Technical Services LLC has been operating in Dubai since 2013.
Makan Al Najah is the company’s brand for renovation and commercial fit-out. Its focus is projects where several trades have to work in the right order — whole villas, apartments, kitchens, bathrooms and workplaces — and where the quality of the planning decides the quality of the result.
We work on homes and commercial premises across Dubai.
How we work
We survey before we price
A quotation written without seeing the property is a guess. We measure, look behind access panels and ask how you use the space.
We itemise
Every quotation is broken down so you can see and adjust each part of the scope.
We sequence
Services are installed and tested before they are covered; finishes go on in the order that protects them.
We tell you what we do not do
If part of a job is better handled by a specialist — a structural engineer, for example — we say so at the start.
What you will not find on this site
There are no invented statistics, borrowed testimonials or badges here. Where a fact about the business has been confirmed, we state it. Where it has not, we leave it out rather than guess. Ask us anything you need to know before hiring a contractor and we will answer directly.
To see what we do, start with renovation or home maintenance.
