Plumbing for homes in Dubai

The same plumbers who rebuild our kitchens and bathrooms handle repairs and upgrades between renovations — tracing leaks, sorting pressure problems and replacing tired fittings.

Hands tightening a fitting on an insulated water supply pipe

Plumbing problems rarely announce themselves clearly. A damp patch on a ceiling may come from a shower two rooms away; low pressure upstairs may be a pump, a pressure-reducing valve or a partly closed isolator. We start by finding the cause rather than replacing parts until the symptom goes away.

Because our work also includes renovation, we look at whether a recurring fault is a sign that a larger upgrade would cost less over time — and we tell you if it is not.

Plumbing work we carry out

  • Leak tracing and repair

Finding the source of damp patches, dripping ceilings and unexplained water use, then repairing with as little opening-up as possible.

  • Pressure problems

Diagnosing weak flow from pumps, pressure-reducing valves, blocked aerators or undersized pipework.

  • Drainage

Clearing slow or blocked drains and correcting the falls or traps that cause repeat blockages.

  • Water heaters

Replacing failed heaters, thermostats and safety valves, and repositioning units where access is poor.

  • Fixture replacement

Mixers, concealed valves, cisterns, WCs, basins and shower sets.

  • Pumps and booster sets

Servicing and replacing the pumps that supply upper floors and gardens in villas.

Worth knowing

  • Shut-off valves

Knowing where your main isolator is — and that it turns — is the most useful thing you can check today.

  • Hard water

Scale shortens the life of heaters, mixers and shower heads. Regular descaling and the right filters help.

  • Hidden damage

A slow leak inside a wall can run for months before it shows. Unusual water bills are often the first sign.

Questions we are often asked

Can you find a leak without breaking tiles?

We narrow the source down by isolating sections and testing before opening anything up. Sometimes a small opening is unavoidable, but it should be in the right place the first time.

Why is my upstairs water pressure weak?

In villas, the usual causes are a failing booster pump, a pressure-reducing valve set too low, or scale in the fittings. Each has a different fix, which is why we test before replacing anything.

Do you handle plumbing in apartments as well as villas?

Yes. In apartments some pipework is shared with the building, so we confirm what belongs to the unit and what is the building’s responsibility.
