Electrical work for Dubai homes and fit-outs

Every renovation and fit-out we carry out changes how a property uses power. Our electrical work covers that, and the faults and upgrades homes need in between.

Testing a circuit breaker inside an open distribution board

Electrical problems in Dubai homes tend to follow load. Circuits laid out for a property’s original fit-out now carry extra air-conditioning, kitchen appliances, home offices and car chargers. The symptoms are breakers that trip at the same time every evening, sockets that run warm, or lights that flicker when a large appliance starts.

We find the cause before changing anything, then put it right — whether that is a single faulty accessory, a rebalanced board, or new circuits as part of a renovation.

Electrical work we carry out

  • Fault finding

Tracing tripping breakers, dead circuits, flickering lights and warm sockets to their cause.

  • New circuits

Dedicated supplies for kitchens, AC units, home offices and outdoor areas.

  • Lighting

Recessed and indirect lighting, dimming, outdoor lighting and replacing tired fittings.

  • Sockets and switches

Adding, moving and replacing accessories where the room is now used differently.

  • Distribution boards

Inspecting boards, labelling circuits properly and rebalancing loads.

  • Renovation and fit-out wiring

Complete first and second fix for renovated rooms and commercial spaces, coordinated with ceilings and joinery.

Safety first

  • Heat or burning smell

A socket or light fitting that feels hot, discolours or gives off a burning smell needs its breaker turned off straight away, and should stay isolated until an electrician has inspected it.

  • Repeated tripping

A breaker that keeps tripping is doing its job. Resetting it repeatedly without finding the cause is not safe.

  • Outdoor circuits

Garden lighting, pumps and gates are exposed to heat, irrigation water and dust, and need suitable protection.

Questions we are often asked

Why does my breaker trip in the evening?

Evenings are when cooling, cooking and appliances run together. A trip at the same time each day usually means an overloaded circuit or a fault that appears under load. We test to find which.

Can you add sockets without chasing every wall?

Often, by planning routes through ceilings and existing containment. Where chasing is necessary we repair and repaint afterwards.

Do you handle electrical work in commercial fit-outs?

Yes. Power, data containment and lighting for offices and shops are part of our fit-out work, coordinated with the building’s systems.
